Investing in crypto requires a different mindset than investing in individual stocks, especially because crypto tends to undergo significant drawdowns, which can shakeout weaker hands fairly easily.
Also, we are not crypto enthusiasts; instead, we are only interested in revolutionary tech with large addressable markets. That limits our focus in the crypto world to only 3 coins. Our focus on these coins is backed by both fundamental and technical analysis. Beth has covered crypto since 2012, and using her veteran-level exposure to this asset class, she has identified which assets are most likely to disrupt the global financial system. Furthermore, with the way things are lining up, we see these assets soaring to new highs over the next 6 months.
Given the large drawdowns that tend to happen in the crypto world (we are in the midst of one right now) it is crucial to lean more on technical analysis to time one’s purchases and manage risk. We offer real-time trades on our Bitcoin and crypto purchases, such as the one highlighted here.
China’s Low Valuations
I was asked about a different region (other than U.S. tech stocks) that I am excited about right now, and for me, the Chinese market is setting up perfectly for a strong run. There are several reasons for this. Valuations, especially when compared to their U.S. peers, are very attractive. Some of the multiples on Chinese tech stocks are unbelievable, and once they make a move, there is a very long way to go before they catch up. When people are so disillusioned with an asset class, and no one wants to go anywhere near it, that’s exactly the time you want to get in.
Interestingly, the market is quietly trending towards a significant breakout move recently, so we are extremely excited about the Chinese stocks that we hold in our portfolio.
