Exclusive Benefits for I/O Fund Members:
Please use this quick reference guide to the 5 key Benefits we offer I/O Fund Members accessed from the Dashboard on our Home Page
Visit the I/O Fund Portfolio

The I/O Fund is a live portfolio of 10 to 15 positions. This portfolio is the culmination of all analysis with a minimum time horizon of +5 years. Our highest convictions can be found listed by percentage of allocation. Similar to Wall Street funds, we vote on our convictions with real money and full transparency. One unique benefit to our site is that we continually look for good entries into stocks we recommend. We do not simply give blanket buy recommendations rather we transparently show you our risk management strategies. As an example, we have a nearly impeccable record on Bitcoin, buying between $7K to $10K, trimming at $58K, buying again $15K to $16K, and taking gains at $85K to $113K. All entries and exits are sent as trade alerts.

Deep Dives

The I/O Fund research site is a library of research and original analysis written by Beth Kindig who has over a decade of experience analyzing tech products and companies. She is a Silicon Valley trained analyst who frequently attracts Tier 1 press for the quality of her analysis. Search by stock ticker, company name, or category.

Trade Notifications

We raised the bar at the I/O Fund by offering text messages and emails every time we enter a position! Each buy or sell is discussed by our portfolio manager prior to the execution through forum posts and webinars. We offer the highest level of transparency possible so you will know if the I/O Fund is buying, selling or if we feel the market requires no action at all. We are not financial advisors rather we offer the real-time trades we do on our portfolio to help our Members gauge the current market.

Market Updates

The market can be a roller coaster some days (hopefully, a very fun roller coaster long-term). Our portfolio manager provides regular broad market updates and technical analysis on the portfolio stocks.

There’s more! The I/O Fund offers webinars to go over key positions, any entries we are planning and/or exits plus 1-hour intensive deep dives followed by a Q&A. You’ll get transparent information on the positions we plan to add to, the positions we plan to cut back on, and our thoughts on the market today.

Included in your Advanced Membership is Pro. Our site provides a competitive edge on the world’s most valuable industry -- technology. Due to the potential for enormous gains from this particular industry, we think it’s essential that every stock investor have a credible source who specializes in tech.

Our audited results prove we are one of the best-performing tech portfolios since our inception. Our cumulative returns since inception are 326%, surpassing the S&P 500 by 192%, the Nasdaq-100 by 152%, and maintaining a notable 294% lead over other institutional technology portfolios.

An investment of $10,000 with the I/O Fund's picks at inception versus other all-tech portfolios would see a portfolio value of $42,552 with IOF versus $13,192 with institutional tech-focused portfolio. The difference in value is 223%.

You can review our press release here. You can view more details on how we accomplished our lead over competing all-tech portfolios plus a comparison chart in our write-up for premium members here.

Must-See Posts:

Beating Wall Street is not easy which means the I/O Fund is prolific with our research efforts. We want to help new members of the I/O Fund navigate the library of research we offer on our site.

You can read must-see posts from our team here

We recommend starting with our portfolio found on the Dashboard. This portfolio designates positions by allocation percentage on the pie chart. We choose our allocations very carefully. The larger the allocation, the higher the conviction.

Beth has been trained to form a thesis very early. Her research reports are valid for 3-5 years as the I/O Fund seeks maximum gains over a holding period in this range, sometimes up to 10 years.

Also, please note that one of the most important benefits to what we offer is that Knox continually enters positions even if we have a low cost-basisThis is extremely rare and virtually unheard of across financial sites. In the case of the names listed above, we continued to offer our members new entries years after we had entered the stock. For instance, we have an early position with Nvidia at $3.15 and also at $12.35. This helps our subscribers who join years after we’ve entered a name.

One of our most crucial strategies is to let our winners run and to cut our losses early. Do not be discouraged if we cut a position as this is how real gains are made.

As you know, we compete with and often beat the best funds on Wall Street in terms of performance, so the entries we make are meant to lower risk and increase returns in our highest conviction stocks. You should always meet with your financial advisor to determine if a trade is right for you.

Meet the I/O Fund Team

We hope you are enjoying our Advanced content! We want you to know you’re in capable hands. The I/O Fund is a carefully assembled team of experts with cumulative results of 326% since inception compared to the Nasdaq-100’s 174% return. Our team has outperformed the Nasdaq-100 by 152%.

We have beaten top-performing Wall Street funds across seven audits, including our most recent audit proving a lead of 294% compared to other verified all-tech portfolio. You will notice the vast majority of retail sites are not verified at all, which is one of the many ways the I/O Fund raises the bar. Premium Members can access more information regarding our 2025 performance here

Every entry and exit the I/O Fund does is logged on a dashboard and sent via real-time trade notification. This means the I/O Fund offers the highest level of transparency available to retail investors by logging trades the minute they occur and archiving them for future reference.
